The Canada Labour Code says you must record all incidents. WSIB says you "should". We think it is an essential part of your Workplace Health and Safety practice, so we designed a little booklet to make it easy to do so, and we're now including a booklet like this is in all our multi-user regulation kits. When you run out of space, you'll need some refills.

There's room to record 10 incidents in full, and a space to keep track of the supplies you've used on the back.

A packet of 10 booklets is $9.99 + $5.00 for shipping and taxes. If you order more than one packet, we'll only charge the shipping once (but we don't know exactly how to do this on the shopping cart, so trust us to do it right when you place your order!)
