How strict are we about the product we accept for return?

  VERY.

We only credit you for product accepted back if it is CLEARLY unopened and unused and in original condition. Certain items are not eligible: any package that has been opened, outdated material (or nearly outdated), damaged or dirty packaging, anything we can't verify easily as fresh and unused.

Anything we consider to be in that condition goes immediately in the big red garbage bin, never to be seen again. Anything new and unused will be recycled.

So don't send back any product you have doubts about! Take it home, or keep it for spare supplies.

We'll inventory the returned kit and deduct the retail value of any missing or unacceptable product, then credit the difference up to a maximum of 50% of the value of the replacement kit.
